The staff of the E. Gadsden branch of Therapy South is superb. First, Christina, the office manager is very efficient with handling physician communication, referrals, and especially insurance. The next person encountered is the Physical Therapist who evaluates your performance and physician orders and notes. Allen is knowledgeable and sincerely engaged with his patients. He plans the activities for every individual session. There is none of the cookie-cutter plan as I've experienced in other practices. The PT Assistants execute the plan as ordered with compassion, patience, and efficiency. They stay close by and coach the patient through the activity so that it is done successfully. They do not start a timer and leave the patient. Everyone in the facility is busy cleaning, straightening, and interacting with patients. I have never encountered an employee looking at their phone or ignoring patients. I would choose E. Gadsden Therapy South again for any type of physical therapy for myself or my family members.

They are absolutely great! They are all very knowledgeable and are truly there to help you get better in anyway they can! I don’t believe in physically therapy an that it could help with my back pain but I was proven very wrong in the two weeks I’ve came here! The atmosphere and the team here are amazing!!

Great people. Always attentive to all the clients. Never, distracted on their phone. Incredibly professional. They can explain why things are happening to your body and how the activities help. They are always thinking of new interesting exercises. All team members are top notch. They pushed me hard enough to get back to normal. But, gently enough that I could keep up. I am so grateful. I would keep going if insurance would let me, but they made me confident enough to keep improving on my own. All the clients were friendly and gentle with each other, also. Shout out to Allen! He does a great job setting the tone for this place. Professional, kind, inclusive, accepting. Best therapy in Gadsden.

I’m so thrilled to find a physical therapy clinic where the staff is professional and has the expertise to rehab my knee. I’ve been to other therapy clinics and you don’t realize how bad it was there until you come to Therapy South and receive excellent treatment. All the staff have a friendly and caring approach like I have never experienced at other clinics. I’m so happy I found them. I’m impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the clinic. Tyler, Hannah, and Ashton are three of the best therapists so far. The staff all seem to have a great relationship with one another and every patient I have talked to are very pleased. Ashton even showed me a model of my knee and explained what was going on inside. That’s going the extra mile to ensure I understand. I prayed about coming here and I believe my prayers were answered. Love it. I would come five days a week if insurance would let me.

Phoebe is so kind & welcoming! She always knows how to brighten someone’s day! I love TherapySouth & it’s comforting environment. I really admire how eager the people attend to all the question their clients have. They explain everything clearly & they recommend (honestly) what treatment would be best for the kind of healing/recovery one may need. The passion of helping those in need shines through this crew of employees! I could not recommend this place more.

Outstanding care and genuine dedication to patient recovery I cannot recommend TherapySouth Gadsden highly enough! After two different surgeries, I’ve experienced firsthand how exceptional this team truly is. What sets them apart is their incredible flexibility with scheduling - they genuinely work around YOUR needs, not the other way around. No matter what time constraints I had, they made it work. But what really impressed me was how they take their time with each patient. You never feel rushed or like just another appointment. The therapists sit down, explain exactly what’s happening with your recovery, and walk you through why each treatment will help you get better. They truly understand that every patient’s journey is different and tailor their approach accordingly. The entire staff creates such a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Everyone is understanding, supportive, and genuinely invested in your success. After my surgical recoveries, I felt completely confident in their hands - they made what could have been a stressful rehabilitation process feel manageable and encouraging. The level of care and attention I received was so exceptional that I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else for physical therapy. If you need PT in the Gadsden area, TherapySouth should be your only choice. They’re not just treating your injury - they’re helping you reclaim your life

I just finished physical therapy for total reverse shoulder surgery. My surgeon recommended TherapySouth. I honestly would give this place and these wonderful people 10 stars. I've had PT in other places in Gadsden, but I knew after just a few visits that this place is THE BEST! Every person who worked with me truly cared about my progress. I’d name them one by one, but I’m afraid I’d leave someone out! Should I ever need physical therapy again, I will choose TherapySouth over the rest. I’m truly going to miss them all. If you’re in need of therapy, or you or someone you know will be in need of therapy, make one call and go see the best at TherapySouth in Gadsden. God bless you all😊

AMAZING...!!! Allen Engle is ASTOUNDING...!!! I've been patient at every single physical therapy facility in Gadsden over the past several years but I've never felt truly cared for and about till Allen and the team here at TherapySouth. They're literally giving me my life back.

I can’t say enough good things about this PT clinic. From the moment you walk in, the staff creates such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Allen is truly exceptional—his genuine care for people and love for what he does shows in every session. He listens, encourages, and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported and confident in your recovery. Therapy South Gadsden was highly recommended to me by other therapist that I was working with while recovering from a stroke. It didn’t take me long to realize why. The place is simply amazing. Mrs.Christina greets you at the from desk every visit with a big smile and very welcoming attitude. The whole staff is awesome and makes you feel like family. If I ever I arrive for a visit and got a lot on my mind I leave there feeling refreshed and relaxed.Everyone that has ever worked with me; Alan, Kerrie, Ashton, and Savanna have always made me feel as if it’s very important and personal to them to help me improve. This young lady Phoebee that works there is the life of the party and always goes above and beyond to make you smile and feel good about your therapy. I am so glad that I chose Therapy South Gadsden for my outpatient therapy and would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy or occupational therapy. You won’t regret it!
